THE RIVER THU THIEM – CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE| NOVEMBER 2021

From the beginning of October 2021, The River Thu Thiem construction site has officially resumed with safety measures in place fully complying with the requirements of local authorities for pandemic prevention. We remain strongly committed to ensuring the project progress to be on schedule.
As of early November 2021, all three towers of the project have topped out and are in the finishing phase:
– The structural works of the whole project have been completed.
– The project exterior-related works are being carried out speedily.
– The works relating to finishing, electromechanical, fire prevention and fighting system are being carried out from the basement to the apartment floors.
– The inner facilities-related works are being completed.
– The river park-related works are being coordinated with the authorities to speed up.
